Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD)
commercial EPC's are required when premises are sold or
leased to new purchasers or tenants, from offices and
shops to airports and factories..

energy assessment quickly and thoroughly.
A
commercial EPC provides an energy rating for a building
which is based on the performance potential of that
building. Services such as lighting, heating and
ventilation are taken into account as well as the way in
which these services are controlled.
The
standard A - G energy rating given on the certificate
will reflect the energy performance standard of the
building relative to a benchmark. so that buyers and
tenants may then make comparisons between properties.
We also
supply a secondary report providing recommendations on
how the building’s energy performance may be enhanced,
along with an indication of the payback period. These
recommendations are provided in four categories relating
to the payback period.
As with
our Domestic EPCs, our assessors are trained to assess
the recommendation report and amend recommendations
where appropriate, making the report much more suitable
to your specific needs.
