| All HomeCert-Direct electrical contractors who supply safety certificates and carry out repairs to electrical systems are NICEIC-registered. This means you can rest assured that any work involving gas appliances will be carried out to the highest possible safety standard. |
| Domestic & Commercial Landlords have a legal duty to have all electrical appliances and systems in the property maintained and checked for safety at least once every 12 months by a NICEIC-registered (Part P Approved) electrician. |
